Take part in our annual survey on the progression of women in public affairs

This year, the Women in Public Affairs annual survey focuses on women’s progression in the industry and potential barriers to this. We’re taking more of a deep dive into issues around transparency, salaries and parental leave, as well as exploring what you want to see from the industry as we start to enter a new normal post pandemic.

Last year's 2020 WiPA survey sadly showed that public affairs industry made little progress in promoting inclusive cultures and that barriers to women’s progression in the industry remained. 

Over two-thirds of our respondents felt that the company wasn’t transparent about pay and progression, and nearly two-thirds said they were uncomfortable asking about maternity policies in interviews.

We want to see whether the industry has made any improvement and to explore how we can push for faster progress.
